5 Steps to Believing in Yourself!

1. Don’t listen to the experts.
Do not listen to anyone who tells you that you can’t reach your goal. The ONLY experts that you should listen to are those who support your dream, encourage you and provide you with strategies for getting there.
2. Eliminate words like CAN’T, NEVER, and IMPOSSIBLE.
These words are self-limiting. Remove them from your mind! When you use them on yourself, you will hold yourself back. You never know what you can do until you make a sincere effort, and sometimes you will need to try several times before you succeed. It will be worth the effort!
3. Practice conquering your fears on a daily basis.
When I say ‘impossible’, I mean facing your fears and going beyond your comfort level every day. That’s we grow the most. You’ll be amazed at what you can achieve and how your confidence will soar when you conquer your fears
4. Surround yourself with “go-for-it” people.
Make sure that you have people around you on your “team” who totally support your dream and goals. If you have people in your life who detract from your dream, drop them! Only cultivate conversations and relationships with other winners who are supportive of your success. The type of people you surround yourself with can make ALL the difference!
5. Talk to, read about, watch, and listen to people who have overcome obstacles to make it.
Learn from other winners and high achievers. Having their stories resounding in your mind and heart can literally get you through challenges and obstacles! The power of inspiration cannot be underestimated!
